Requests for refinements for any cases that you started with another company
Active XLUR providers who have been properly onboarded and trained on XLUR’s product and protocol may request refinements for cases started with other aligner companies.
To request approval for a refinement for cases that were started with any other company click below. All refinement requests for cases from other companies are subject to approval at the sole discretion of XLUR. Please note in the Doctors Instructions that this is a refinement request from another company. See XLUR’s Terms of Service.
You will be notified of your approval from smile@xlur.com and then you will be able to do the following on the XLUR portal:
Review the refinement treatment plan
Request modifications
Approve the refinement
Again, all requests must be accepted by XLUR, LLC and then approved by the doctor on the XLUR portal.
