• The donation must be more than $1,950, you set the price (suggested price $3,000+)
• The donation counts toward doctor participation in Smiles for Life
• Includes a set of XLUR Retainers as always included with every case
• Includes one (1) XLUR Refinement
• XLUR accepts all 3D scanner manufactures as well as PVS impressions
• Doesn’t include any cases with need of class correction or more than 52 weeks of treatment
• Non-Smiles for Life participants need to register this won’t require the whitening participation
