Refinements (post-treatment) should be submitted under the following conditions:

1. Patient has completed wearing all the aligners for this case
2. Patient has already used Chewies daily to resolve any fit issues
3. The original virtual treatment objective (VTO) has not been met

NOTE: Refinement requests require new upper and lower intraoral scans, impressions, or stone models to be submitted.
